அரசுப் பணியிலிருந்து ஓய்வு 

ஒரு நிறைவின் ஆரம்பம்

கிட்டத்தட்ட 40ஆண்டு கால அரசுப் பணியிலிருந்து நான் 30.06.2012 பிற்பகலில் பணிநிறைவு பெற்றேன். பள்ளிக் கல்வி  11ம் வகுப்பு, தட்டச்சு மற்றம் சுருக்கெழுத்து மட்டுமே கற்று எனது அரசுப் பணியினைத் துவங்கினேன். அரசுப் பணியில் நேர்மை, கீழ்ப் படிதல், முழு ஈடுபாடு, பொறுப்பு உணர்ந்து செயல்படுதல் ஆகியவற்றில் நான் தவறாது முழு மனதுடன் பணியாற்றி இருக்கிறேன் என்ற மனநிறைவு எனக்கு கிடைத்திருக்கிறது. பணியில் சேர்ந்தபோது எனக்கு அருளிய  வண்ணாரப் பேட்டை பேராத்துச் செல்வி என்றும் எனக்கு துணையாக இருந்து வழிகாட்டியிருக்கிறாள். குடும்பத்தின் வறுமை காரணமாக  தட்டச்சு சுருக்கெழுத்து கற்றுக் கொண்டிந்த நாட்களில் அந்தக் கோவிலில் மிகுந்த நம்பிக்கையுடன் வழிபடும்போதும் இக்கோவில் பக்கத்திலேயே எனக்கு அலுவலகம் அமைய வேண்டும் என்று வேண்டிக்கொள்வேன். என் வாழ்வில் மிகுந்த அதிசயமாக அந்த கோவில் பக்கத்திலேயே  உள்ள அலுவலகத்தில் எனக்கு அரசுப் பணி  துவங்கியது.

பின்னர், சென்னை, மதுரை, ராமநாதபுரம், கோவை என பற்பல இடங்களில் பணியாற்றிய காலம் முடிந்து அரசுப் பணியிலிருந்து ஓய்வு கிடைத்தது.

இப்பொழுது நான் தொடர்ந்து சுறுசுறுப்பாக இயங்கி கொண்டிருக்கிறேன். வழக்கம்போல் காலை முதல் இரவு வரை நல்ல பணிகளில் என்னை ஈடுபடுத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கிறேன். தெய்வீகச் சொற்பொழிவுகளை ஈடுபாட்டோடு கேட்பதிலும்,  அவ்வப்போது பின்னால் படிக்க முடியும் என்ற நம்பிக்கையுடன் வாங்கி வைத்துள்ள பல நல்ல புத்தகங்களை படிப்பதிலும், நீண்ட காலமாக இருந்து வந்த எனது விருப்பமான சம்ஸ்கிருதம் மொழி கற்பதிலும், விரும்பிய வண்ணம் மனதிற்கு நிறைவு நல்கும் நல்ல நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கு சென்று வருவதிலும் என் மனம் நிறைவாக இருக்கிறது. எனவே நான் எனது வாழ்வில் ஒரு நிறைவளிக்கும் பாதையில் பயணம் செய்கிறேன்.

பயணத்தில் நான் அடைந்த அனுபவங்களை இந்த வலைப்பூவில் (பிளாக் ஸ்பாட்டில்) இனி கட்டுரைகளாக எழுதுகிறேன்.

ABOUT THE UTILITY:

GANAPATHIRAMAN INCOMETAX CALCULATOR UTILITY FOR TAMILNADU GOVERNMENT OFFICERS FOR THE YEAR 2013-2014

HELP FILE

I am uploading the XL utility for the benefit of Tamilnadu Government Servants since 2003-2004 through the website www. scribed.com. as I found that several government servants are going in and out seeking help for income tax for several days during February every year.For the past two years the usage statistics and feedbacks of this utility all over Tamilnadu encourage me further after my retirement ie. 30^th June 2012.  From the support, feedback  and suggestions, now I feel a help file is necessary to get maximum utility out of this Calculator. I give below the step by step help hints. More over you get all the help for filling up the input sheet by putting the cursor for few seconds in the respective cell. for example you put the cursor for a few seconds in rent column and see what has to be done.

1. Download the file in XL format only from the e.mail attchment or scribed account (registration required) or from my blog www.ganapathiraman.blogspot.com

2.In the first sheet (input) fill up the name, designation PAN No., Place and Date (dd/mm/yyyy) and save the file as save as ……….name of the individual …..or so. It can be used thousands of time in different names. 

3. Open the Automatic and Manual gross income sheet according to your choice. In the automatic gross income calculations you need to fill up the basic pay for every quarter and other details in the first line. Only blue coloured cells are open and they should be filled up properly. Get print out in legal sheet. If you choose manual filling up of gross income sheet you do it properly. It is your choice and need. Get print out. 

4. Come to the input sheet again and fill up the required fields by the amounts arrived at in Gross Income Sheet. Don’t leave blank cells without filling. You can get assured that no Red Coloured Cell is available in the Input Sheet. Put 0 (zero) in those blank cells. If necessary get printout of input sheet also in Legal sheet. ( it would be useful to check whether you entered correct figures)

5. Open the Return sheet and  get print in 2 Pages Legal Sheet continuously.

6. Now the return is ready . Put your signature. If necessary you can fill up the other savings details in the prescribed form.
